I’ve known Dave Bradley from BitcoinBrains since late 2014, back when we were doing experimental Bitcoin-powered remittances between Canada and the Philippines. I was happy to hear that he and another well-known Canadian Bitcoiner Francis Pouliot had merged their companies last year to form BullBitcoin, a new full-service Bitcoin company for the Great White North.
I’ve had the pleasure of speaking at two of their excellent Bitcoin Rodeo events over the past year, and have contributed some fun pieces of art to both conferences (here and here), but I never got around to making an official Cryptopop portrait of the two founders until now.
The last Bitcoin Rodeo event was in Edmonton earlier this March, and let’s just say I wasn’t exactly greeted by a tropical climate, so I thought it’d be interesting to depict the weather in their portrait. And then of course, Game of Thrones is coming back in a month’s time, so that was an obvious reference. (Expect a lot more GoT cartoons from me over the next few months as the final season airs.)
As always, your donations help me to keep creating this stuff regularly, so if you liked this portrait, please consider supporting my work by sending some coins to any of the addresses below.
